Everything you want to know about upcoming iPhone : Apple iPhone 12 incredible upgrades and features.

The apple iphone 12 is coming with many improvements over its predecessor and I'll be sharing the details right after this. So today we've got a huge amount of leaks for the apple iphone 12   including the display upgrade camera upgrade, speaker upgrade and more.   We also have a few live photos that have leaked and plenty of information about  release dates and specs. before we get started though, please like the blog  if you're a fan of apple and let me know in the comments. what device you're  using now and whether you plan to upgrade it to the iphone 12 or not.  

So start with we're going to discuss the displays, now everyone is wanting   a 120hz display on both the premium versions of the apple iphone 12.   previously ross young said, it wasn't going to happen and this did cause a   lot of disappointment as i said in my previous blog the larger iphone 12s   will have a 120 hertz display. this has now also been confirmed by max weinbach   and everything apple pro source as well. unfortunately, they've also stated   that while it is a 120 hertz display it may be disabled in software. i'm   currently trying to get some further information on this and i'm going to update you guys asap it does seem crazy for apple to do this on the iphone 12. but we'll have to wait and see. for now speaking of the displays though We've had live images of the iphone 12 display and these have appeared on weibo over the weekend, well many were unsure what model this is actually for digital chat station has tweeted to say that this is for the 5.4 inch iphone 12 but of course   we can't verify the accuracy. if it is real though it of course shows the notch may not be as small as everyone has been hoping for but as i've been telling you   guys for the past few weeks, while the notch is going to be reduced in size.  it's not going to be as small as all these renders are making it out.

We've also got good news for anyone worried about the BOE display on the 6.1 inch iphone 12 as it's no longer going to happen BOE have recruited  Samsung engineers to improve the quality of their panels but they're not going to be adopted by apple until at least next year. so the iphone 12 panels   this year are going to be manufactured by LG and Samsung.

We also had another   tweet from mr white showing us a photo of the new apple a14 chip. now again we can't verify this in an actual fact, it doesn't matter too much as it was always  just going to be a chip saying a14 with the apple logo. we had more information from max weinbach. everything apple pro that the iphone 12 will in fact come with a braided USB TYPE C to lightning cable and will unfortunately not get the power brick or the earphones at least in the smaller models. this is also backed by ming chi quo and saves money for apple as well as reducing their environmental impact.

Now before we get going with the iphone 12 upgrades we'll discuss a very unpopular downgrade and that is of course going to be the battery capacity. I told you guys the battery certification a couple of weeks ago and now venkatesh has tweeted a photo of the iphone 12 battery. now this battery is 2700 milliamp hours and it is of course for the iphone 12 max and the iphone 12 pro the 5.4 inch, iphone 12 battery only has 2227 milliamp hours or the iphone 12 pro max has 3687 milliamp. now this was discovered in certification. So it is very likely to be true but given the increased efficiency in the a14 battery life still should not be a problem so now to the upgrades. the iphone 12 is coming with improved cameras and that was always to be expected last week, I told you guys that the periscope lens is not happening as that's been saved for next year's iphone but for this year's iphone 12 we still get some upgrades ming chi ko advises that apple are moving to use semco and sunny optical for their lenses and they're introducing voice coil motors ois. now this is an improved stabilization that   uses magnets instead of the older spring design and it will improve the autofocus.

we've had news of improved speakers in the iphone 12 which   again was always likely and this news comes from everything apple pro and max   weinbach while we don't get to see the speaker itself. we can in fact hear it and it seems to have better performance especially with the lower frequencies. they've provided a clip of the iphone 12 speaker playing at 50 volume.

we've also got news of gorilla glass victors which is an exciting new   strength in glass this will help protect your device's display many blogs are now citing that this is part of the iphone 12 design but i'm being told that it's not apparently the iphone 12 is not adopting this new technology and we're   likely going to have to wait for the iphone 13. but finally we've got some reports from macotakara. now these are based on quotes from multiple chinese   suppliers and they're saying that the 5g iphones will be postponed until November.   the launch will still be in September as expected and this is going to be for all four models but while we normally see the release a couple of weeks after makotakara are advising that the lte iphone 12 are going to go on sale in mid-october and then the 5g devices in November. now makotakara has been known to be wrong many times. so take this with a grain of salt for now but as soon as I   get some more information, i'll update you guys right away.

Now unfortunately   that's all the information i have today with all four models launching on the second week of September. it's not going to be long until apple confirmed things themselves we've already had pretty much the full specs for all four models. so we're going to quickly run through that now for my regular followers. you guys have already read this so just  but if you're not   subscribed then hit subscribe now and we're gonna get right into it to.

iPhone 12:

Let’s Start with the entry level model of the apple iphone 12 and this is just going to be called the iphone 12. it's a 5.4 inch iphone with an OLED   super retina display from Samsung it's important to note straight off the bat   that super retina means absolutely nothing. So don't get too caught up  on that but nonetheless. it's going to be an OLED display with a resolution   of 2340 by 1080 and this gives us 475 pixels per inch and it's got an 8-bit   color depth well there have been rumours of all models having 120 hertz displays. unfortunately, it appears that this model is only going to be 60 hertz.   it's going to be equipped with four GB of ram and it's going to come with the   choice of 128 or 256 storage. it's got an aluminium frame and of course it uses the apple a14 bionic chip with 5g support the iphone 12 is coming with  dual cameras on the rear and it will of course be shipping with ios 14.   for those that want the 4 GB of ram with 128 storage it's launching at a   price of 649. if you want to upgrade it to the 256 GB iphone 12 then it's 750.  

iPhone 12 Max: 

Next up we've got the iphone 12 max to be clear this is the max and not the pro max the iphone 12 max has a 6.1 inch OLED display this again is a super   retina OLED display and we believe it's now going to be manufactured by either   Samsung or lg as BOE did not pass the quality assurance tests it comes with   a resolution of 2532 by 1170 and this gives us 460 pixels per inch and again   it has an 8-bit color depth we get 4 GB of ram a choice of 128 or 256   storage and of course the iphone 12 max is powered by the a14 bionic chip it's   got an aluminium frame a 5g connectivity and it uses a dual camera setup on the   rear for those that want the GB iphone 12 max it's going to be launching at a   price of 749 for those that want the 256 GB version then the price rises to 849 dollars.

iPhone 12 Pro: 

Next up we've got the iphone 12 pro the iphone 12 pro also has a 6.1 inch   display. so it's actually the same size as the iphone 12 max, but we do have an  improved display in specs on the iphone 12 pro. we've got a 6.1 inch super retina   OLED display with pro motion and 10 bit colour depth the display is manufactured by Samsung and has a resolution of 2532 by 1170 giving us 460 pixels per inch. We are very hopeful of this 120 hertz pro motion display but it's still been unconfirmed and there are a few people saying this may not happen   the iphone 12 pro comes with six GB of ram and a choice of 128, 256 or even 512 GB storage it. of course, ships with the apple a14 bionic chipset and the iphone 12 pro is 5g compatible. it comes in a stainless steel frame. on the rear we get a triple camera setup along with a lidar sensor for  depth for the 128 GB iphone 12 pro it's going to be 999 for the 256 it's 1099   for the 512 GB iphone 12 pro. it's going to be 1299 dollars last but not least.

iPhone 12 Pro Max:

We have the iphone 12 pro max the iphone 12 pro max comes with a 6.7 inch OLED display again this is a super retina display. hopefully with pro motion we get a 10 bit colour depth and of course it is manufactured by Samsung. it's got a resolution of 2778 by 1284 and this gives us 458 pixels per inch. Again, we expect and hope it's going to be a 120 motion display but there are a few people saying otherwise it comes with 6 GB of ram and 128 256 or 512 GB internal storage. it's got a stainless steel frame and the iphone 12 pro max is of course powered   by the a14 bionic chipset and this does have 5g support just like the iphone 12 pro we get three cameras on the rear along with a lidar sensor for those who want the 128 GB iphone 12 pro max it's going to launch at a price of 1099 dollars.  if you want the 256 GB version it's 1199 dollars and for those that want the most expensive in the range the 512 iphone 12 pro max is going to be launching at  a whopping 1399 dollars. now it is of course important to note that these pricing leaks came very early on from john prosser, he has provided plenty of  accurate leaks but also got some of them wrong recently. he also provided this very early on so there is a chance that things could change. but personally I think that they're at least going to be very close to what we see overall the apple iphone 12 is proving to be a great range of iphones that many of you guys are looking forward to. 

it's great that we've got all of this  information already but personally I do like that we still have some uncertainty.  as it's nice to have some surprises at launch while there may be delays in the release date the launch is expected to be on time and that will of course be the 8th of September this year given the current outbreak. it's likely that it's again going to be an online only launch event similar to their last worldwide developer conference. as always though if any more information comes to light. I'll be sharing with you guys straight away.
